tagboard sees many comments with ppl worrying about their results. haiyo, if you guys did well and know it, then dont need to worry. those who have not listened to me, well okay you can worry alot.

i finished marking the papers on the day you guys did that paper2, so i have all the marks.
all i can say is that some ppl dont deserve what they get, some in a good way, some in a bad way.
for people who worked hard, dont give up even if your results are not up to your expectations. what matters most is that you have a postive attitude towards learning, and ability to succeed is not determined by one paper.
people who have done well even though you did not work hard, okay, youre smart. or maybe with alot of luck. i dont really know what to say, but congrats on your gd results. hope this doesnt put you off to improving your attitude.

and my students, please know that my disappointment should only serve to encourage you to strive for the better, and not allow yourself to be miserable and never get up.

like shiyi and shermeen, thanks for putting in effort to study, but you need to put in MORE effort to get BETTER results. the results you get now might be disappointing, but what matters most is that you work harder to improve from where you are now.
like cindy and mavies, suddenly improved so much.
and many more of you, please continue working hard even after i stop teaching your classes.

the study of mathematics can be seen as the greatest thing i have done in my entire life. because of mathematics, i have done well in most things, except for english. when i first taught your classes mathematics, i didnt understand why there are some things you just cant understand. at one point, teaching math started to reduce my personal passion for math, because it was frustrating.
but at this point in time, i think it has all changed. the exams have proved that you guys can and will do it. you just need pushing, and eventually you can see math in the same way i do. i see it as the only subject i REALLY love in my whole academic life, ( i hate english, bio, and all humanities blah blah ). i will always do math hw first( but recently i have started doing math last cos i know no matter what i will still finish math. this way i can finish all my work. ahhah perhaps you guys can try it too ).

nowadays, i like to talk to my friends about my classes, cos you guys are so interesting. and because of you guys, i have less time to think of other things that use to bother me when i was less busy. you make my life meaningful, because when i see that you can learn something new everytime i go to your class, and that i can teach you more than just math, it is really a satisfying feeling. because of my classes, i started thinking about teaching again. ( cos actually i was discouraged to teach when you guys were constantly giving me problems in the first few weeks).


anyway, i went to buy snacks for you guys again! my mum is complaining abt all the snacks at home.. should really bring it to school soon..

what a long post. i shall go sleep now. cant wait to see you ppl on tuesday! :D
